Due to the nature of our manufacturing, all number measurement states are approximate and variations of / up to 1 inch may occur. The size might be smaller/bigger than your actual size.

1- Any RETURNS/EXCHANGES can be made within 7 DAYS after the item received with official receipt by Munawwareen Holdings Sdn. Bhd.

2- Any report or claim exceeding the return time frame will be considered invalid.

3- We only accept the return and exchange if the items are defective or wrong received.

4- The items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag or label attached.

5- Sale and discounted items are not eligible for refund and exchange. 

6- All shipping costs of return items will be borne by us.

7- Reasons such as "I changed my mind", "the designs are not suitable for me", or "the colors are different from the website" will not be considered valid grounds for refund and exchange.

8- Purchases made via our Website only are entitled to a return and exchange to our HQ.

9- Any orders purchased from our Authorized Reseller are not under Munawwareen’s responsibility.

10- We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the items do not meet the return policy requirements above.
